Four settings on the controller: Calm, Brighten, Rejuvenate and Tighten. Press M to move between them and T to set the session to 5, 10 or 15 minutes. It switches itself off when the time is up. There’s no wrong choice. Pick the one that suits your evening and keep using it, because wearing it most nights counts for more than which mode you’re in.

"I'll use it twice and then it'll live in a drawer."
You're probably right about every other device you've bought. They asked you to find time you don't have.
This asks for the ten minutes between sitting down and picking up your phone. That time already exists. That's the entire design.
Where this sits
Between the creams that stopped working and the needles you keep not booking.

Questions people actually ask
How will I know if it's doing anything?
Take a photo on night one, in the same light, no makeup. Then one a month later. Everyone who skips this ends up unsure, because change this slow is invisible day to day.
Is it safe around my eyes?
Keep your eyes closed for the full ten minutes and don’t look straight into the lights. They’re bright up close, and that’s the simplest way to use it comfortably.
